Cerebra is seeking a seasoned Workday Compensation Management specialist to join our Bangalore team and drive core and advanced compensation initiatives. The role demands extensive Workday expertise and hands-on configuration across compensation elements.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of Workday experience, with strong capabilities in equity, commissions, budgets, pools, and market adjustments, complemented by testing and production support. Immediate joining is preferred, up to 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday experience with core and advanced compensation
• Experience in designing and managing compensation plans, budgets, pools and guidelines
• Familiarity with audits, reconciliation, privacy compliance and advanced reporting

Responsabilités

• Configure and test compensation plans across multiple cycles
• Production support for equity, commissions and market-adjustment configurations
• Conduct compensation audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
