Key Responsibilities

Lead Workday platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

• Full-cycle implementation and ongoing support of Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday features including user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, business processes, and notifications.
• Build and debug custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and use Workday Studio.
• Collaborate with integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
• Engage with business end users to gather requirements and produce detailed functional design specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on the Workday platform.
• Business Systems Analyst/Development experience in full-cycle implementation and support roles.
• Strong experience with Workday integrations platform, including ERP and third‑party integrations.
• Workday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM.
