Job summary

ZEISS India is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Specialist to deliver and enhance HR Workday integrations. You will develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, contribute to architecture discussions, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to analyze requirements.

A strong background in Workday Core/HCM and security, plus relevant certifications, is required. The role demands 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation experience, including Integration Core, CCTPP or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field. BCA is acceptable.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday implementations supporting Integration Core/CCTPP/Studio/Extend.
• Strong Workday configuration experience within core HCM and security.
• At least one certification: Integration Core, CCTPP, Studio or Workday Build.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Workday deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity with quality checks.
• Develop custom integrations using Workday Studio and other tools.
• Collaborate with vendors, product management and stakeholders to analyze requirements.
• Implement and enhance HR Workday end-to-end integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support to end users.
• Plan, execute and deliver key project milestones related to integrations.
• Maintain regular updates with manager and report progress.
• Support testing, fixes of errors and deployment to production Tenant.
• Drive conversations on technical architecture and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop calculated fields, conditional routing and business processes to support requirements.
• Support Workday updates due to releases and upgrades.
• Identify areas of system improvements and submit proposals.
• Open to learn new Workday technical topics.

• Understands Workday domains and how to maintain security business processes
• Develop custom integrations using Workday Studio and other tools
• Collaborate with vendors, product management, and business stakeholders to analyze process flow and gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Implement and enhance HR Workday end to end Integrations and strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support to end-users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions. solutions
• Plan, execute, and deliver key project milestones related to integrations.
• Maintain regular updates with your manager, proactively reporting progress and identifying potential issues.
• Support testing, fixing of errors and deployment to production Tenant
• Drive conversations on technical architecture and work with cross-functional teams.
• Develop calculated fields, conditional routing and business processes that support the requirements outlined. Mitigate any opportunities of inaccurate data, business process routing, or impacts to other business areas
• Support updates for Workday when impacted by releases and upgrades
• Utilize business knowledge to identify areas of systems improvement opportunity and submit proposals for analysis that lead to recommendations of systems improvements
• Provide well thought out and actionable recommendations

Education requirements / Experience / Job Specifications

• Education / Professional Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or Related Field of study. BCA is good as well.
• Experience
• 3+ years Hands on Workday implementations supporting Workday Integration Core/CCTPP/Studio/Extend areas.
• Strong Workday configuration experience within core HCM, Security
• At least 1 of these certifications in Workday: Integration Core, CCTPP, Studio, Workday Build. (At least One certificate)
