Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an expert Workday integrations specialist to design, develop, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while ensuring security and compliance.

You will troubleshoot integration issues, perform tests, and support Workday releases with post-production enhancements, focusing on data integrity and smooth system operations across HR modules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with strong Workday exposure.
• Hands-on Workday Integrations (70%): Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Functional Workday expertise in HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing system support.
• Ensure data security best practices (OAuth 2.0, etc.).
• Perform unit, regression, and end-to-end testing.
