Job summary

Compucom is seeking a skilled Workday Functional Analyst / Workday Consultant with 2-8 years of relevant experience to support and enhance our in-house Workday HCM application. You will handle day-to-day production support, resolve tickets, and ensure smooth system operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end production support for Workday HCM modules, reporting, analytics, and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of relevant Workday functional support experience
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM
• Experience in production support and ticket management
• Exposure to Core HCM, Business Process Framework, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, support-oriented environment

• Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and analyze HR data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Perform configuration changes, testing, and deployments as required.
• Document processes, solutions, and knowledge articles.
