Job summary

Recruise India Consulting is seeking a Workday HCM specialist to lead end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HR solutions in Hyderabad.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable configurations, and optimize Workday processes. You will manage testing strategies, coordinate UAT and deployments, and provide post-production support, including release management and evaluating new functionality for business impact.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workday HCM configuration and business processes.
• Experience coordinating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to design scalable Workday solutions and perform testing activities.
• Experience with Workday release cycles and post-production support.
• Experience with configuring calculated fields and condition rules in Workday.

Job description

Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions that support

evolving business and HR requirements.

• Partner with HR, Total Rewards, Recruiting, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements,

recommend scalable solutions, and configure Workday to meet business needs.

• Configure and optimize Workday Business Processes, advanced calculated fields, condition rules,

and other HCM functionality.

• Develop testing strategies, execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate

deployments, and provide post-production support.

• Own Workday release management activities by evaluating new functionality, assessing business

impact, and coordinating implementation of relevant enhancement
