Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Workday Configurator to support configuration and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules in line with business and client requirements.

You will configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and related areas, translate business needs into configurations, and support testing and issue resolution. Collaboration with client managers and stakeholders will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday modules.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
