SIRO in India seeks a seasoned Workday Absence and Time Tracking specialist to design and configure end-to-end absence and time tracking processes. This role covers leave management, accruals, schedules, and time entry, aligning with business needs.

The candidate will implement and optimize absence plans, eligibility criteria, and security configurations, while building robust reports and dashboards. Collaboration with HR and IT is essential for smooth operations.

• Design and configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking processes (leave, accruals, schedules, time entry).
• Configure absence plans, leave types, accrual rules, carryover, and eligibility.
• Set up time tracking components (time entry codes, shifts, schedules, calculations).
• Implement processes for absence requests, approvals, time entry submissions, and corrections.
• Manage security roles and domain permissions for absence/time tracking.
• Troubleshoot balances, accruals, time entry, and approval workflows.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
• Support testing, UAT, and production support activities.

• Troubleshoot leave balances, accrual calculations, time entry, and approval workflow issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
• Support testing, UAT, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence & Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of leave management, accruals, schedules, and time tracking processes.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and security.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience

• Workday Certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
• Experience in Workday implementation and AMS support projects.
