Workday Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant / Lead

A Workday Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant/ Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management solutions. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

Skills and Qualification

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on expertise in Absenceand Time Tracking.
• Active Workday certification is preferred.
• Strong Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Absence& Time Tracking.
• Must have hands-on experience in the deploymentprocess.
• Strong presentation, communication, listening,and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
• Staying up to date of the latest Workdayreleases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the mosteffective solutions to clients.
• Strong analytical skills with a goodunderstanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations.
• Demonstrated communication skills in a customerfacing environment.
