Job summary

Elfonze Technologies seeks a seasoned Workday specialist to maintain and configure the Absence module across multiple tenants. You will manage leave rules, accruals, calendars and notifications, and perform mass data operations using EIBs. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential in a global team.

Experience with ITIL processes, incident handling, changes, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT is required; PRO/Partner certification in Workday is highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience maintaining the Workday Absence module configuration and tenant setup.
• Expertise in configuring leave, time off plans, eligibility for absence types, accruals and calendars.
• Experience with mass uploads using EIBs and data purging across tenants.
• Understanding of HR processes and worker data; familiarity with other Workday modules is a plus.
• Strong ITIL awareness and ability to support incidents, changes and problems.

Job description

• At least 4 years of experience in maintaining the Workday Absence module configuration, tenant setup and BPs definitions.
  
• Expertise in configuring leave of absence, time off plans, eligibility for absence types, accruals, absence calendars, work schedules, notifications, approval workflows.
  
• Experienced with mass uploads using EIBs, mass operations management (MOM) task, purging data, calc fields, and migrating configurations between tenants.
  
• Have a good understanding of HR processes and worker data.
  
• Knowledge of at least one other Workday module, such as HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, Onboarding, Security, Talent, Recruiting or Payroll (for Canada and the UK).
  
• Skilled in resolving complex issues, recommending solutions, and assessing dependencies on Workday functionalities and interfaces.
  
• Good understanding of core ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) and information security and data protection standards
  
• Experience in customer support using ticketing systems; knowledge of SLAs and support KPIs
  
• Extensive stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills
  
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations within a large multinational organization, including factors such as time zone variations, cultural diversity, and collaboration among team members across multiple locations.
  
• Completed Workday training and earned PRO/Partner Certification in the area of expertise
