Job summary
People Impact is seeking an experienced Workday HCM professional to drive HR technology solutions. You will configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and related integrations to meet global business needs.
You will partner with HR teams across regions to translate requirements into robust configurations, test scripts, and production support processes, ensuring system health and continuous improvements.

- Experience configuring Workday HCM modules.
- Experience with Absence & Time Tracking.
- Ability to translate business requirements into specifications.
Responsibilities
- Configure, support and troubleshoot Workday HCM, Absence and Time Tracking modules.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
- Work on business process configuration, complex calculated fields, integrations and EIBs.
- Provide day-to-day production support and ensure system health and sustainability.
- Partner with global HR/business teams to identify process improvements and technology solutions.
- Drive initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing and stabilization.
- Create test scripts, execute testing and support UAT.
- Prepare technical documentation and communicate system/process changes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors and cross-functional global teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and leverage Workday functionality effectively.
