Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online about overseas employment and visas.
• Counsel candidates on visa options, job opportunities abroad, eligibility criteria, and procedures.
• Explain visa requirements, documentation, processing steps, and fees clearly.
• Assess qualifications and preferences to guide candidates appropriately.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into registrations through follow-ups.
• Assist candidates in collecting documents for visa applications.
• Coordinate with visa filing team to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain records of enquiries, client details, and status.
• Provide progress updates and next steps to candidates.
• Meet counselling, registration, and conversion targets.
• Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, registrations, conversions.
• Avoid false promises about jobs or processing timelines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and professional Work Visa Counsellor to guide candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities, work visa options, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling prospective applicants, following up with interested candidates, and coordinating with the visa processing team to ensure a smooth application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries related to overseas employment and work visas.
• Counsel candidates regarding available work visa options, job opportunities abroad, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
• Explain visa requirements, documentation, processing steps, service charges, and other relevant details clearly.
• Understand candidates’ qualifications, work experience, skills, and preferences to guide them appropriately.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into successful client registrations through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Assist candidates in collecting and organizing the required documents for work visa applications.
• Coordinate with the visa filing and processing team to ensure timely application updates.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, client details, follow-ups, registrations, and application status.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and keep them informed about the next steps in the process.
• Provide regular updates to candidates regarding their application progress, document requirements, and pending formalities.
• Achieve assigned counselling, registration, and conversion targets.
• Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, registrations, and conversions.
• Ensure that candidates receive clear and accurate information without making false promises regarding jobs, visa approvals, or processing timelines.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM systems.

• Knowledge of overseas work visas and immigration procedures will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; training may be provided to suitable candidates.
• Prior experience in work visa counselling, immigration, recruitment, telecalling, or customer handling will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be confident, responsible, and willing to learn.
