Mission Overseas Skill Academy in Chandigarh is seeking a proactive visa counselling consultant to engage walk-in clients and nurture them through the overseas opportunities process. You will convert online leads into appointments and enrollments, guiding candidates on documentation and eligibility.

Applicants should have strong communication and sales skills, with preference for experience in immigration or education counselling.

Qualifications

• Experience in immigration, visa counselling, tele-sales, or education counselling preferred.
• Strong communication, convincing, and sales skills.
• Ability to convert online leads into paying clients.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, handling walk-ins, and managing multiple enquiries.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with prospective candidates.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may apply.

• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, counselling, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth candidate journey from the first enquiry to enrolment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in candidates and counsel them regarding visa processes, documentation, eligibility, and available overseas opportunities.
• Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertisements.
• Convert online leads into walk-in appointments, counselling sessions, and enrolled candidates.
• Understand candidates requirements and recommend suitable visa counselling or overseas career services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates and manage lead data in the CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, counselling, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth candidate journey from the first enquiry to enrolment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in immigration, visa counselling, tele-sales, or education counselling is preferred.
