Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Experience in overseas education counselling is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Research using multiple tools.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and telephonic inquiries.
• Conduct detailed profile assessments for students interested in studying internationally.
• Guide students on choosing appropriate countries, courses, and universities.
• Counsel on the application process, documents, and timelines.
• Provide guidance on SOPs and LORs.
• Counsel on visa application processes and timelines.
• Maintain CRM data and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with Admin, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Run activities to increase walk-ins related to overseas education.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend to walk‑in and telephonic inquiries.
• Conduct detailed profile assessments for students interested in studying at international universities.
• Guide and counsel students in selecting appropriate countries, courses, and universities based on their profiles, preferences, academic background, and career goals.
• Counsel students about the application process, documentation requirements, and timelines.
• Provide guidance on writing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and help them understand other admission requirements.
• Counsel students about the visa application process, including necessary documentation and timelines.
• Take follow‑ups, get conversions, and update data on the CRM software.
• Work closely with the Admin department, Marketing Department, and Overseas Operations team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Conduct activities to improve business and increase walk‑ins related to overseas education.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any other relevant field.
• Prior experience in overseas education counselling or related fields is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel students and parents.
• Ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, courses, and universities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
