Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with Testing in Bangalore. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong knowledge of ITSM modules (ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB) and scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

You will work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and development teams to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, support upgrades, and ensure quality across deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Experience in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow testing, defect tracking, and QA processes.
• Strong JS, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and implement solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Catalog Items.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Create and execute test cases and test scripts for ServiceNow apps.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to validate solutions.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Prepare technical docs, test reports, and deployment docs.

Key Responsibilities
