Job summary

Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is hiring a ServiceNow QA Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to ensure quality across ServiceNow modules and integrations.

You will collaborate with SA, development and QA teams, design test plans and scripts, perform functional and integration testing, and contribute to automation initiatives using ATF, Selenium, Java or Playwright.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow QA and testing.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and Service Catalogs.
• Automation experience with ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Java, or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and integrations.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation testing.
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
