Job summary

Shashwath Solution seeks a researcher to contribute to R&D in advanced wireless technology from Pune, India. You will design and develop WLAN tech and verify features through simulations in MATLAB or C++.

You will collaborate with system and hardware teams to analyze data and brainstorm enhancements for next-generation products, leveraging ML concepts and hardware accelerators where useful.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters candidate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Fundamentals of signal processing and digital communications.
• Fundamentals of machine learning and/or hardware accelerators.
• Fluent in C/C++, MATLAB.
• Desirable scripting and automation skills.
• Desirable hands-on experience with wireless communication hardware.
• Desirable familiarity with IEEE WLAN 802.11 standards.
