Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a research-oriented engineer to join its wireless R&D team in India. The role focuses on developing advanced wireless LAN technologies and validating features through MATLAB and C++ simulations.

The candidate will collaborate with system and hardware design teams to analyze data and brainstorm enhancements for next-generation products, leveraging signal processing, digital communications, and ML concepts.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters Candidate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Fundamentals of signal processing and digital communications.
• Fundamentals of machine learning and/or hardware accelerators.
• Fluent in C/C++, MATLAB.
• Desirable to have scripting and automation skills.
• Desirable to have hands-on experience with wireless communication hardware.
• Desirable to be familiar with IEEE WLAN 802.11 standards.
