Qualifications

• 13+ years of WLAN/Wireless Networking Development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership or people management experience.
• Experience with enterprise WLAN products, APs, controllers, and cloud-managed Wi‑Fi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of WLAN software/firmware features.
• Drive architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decisions.
• Develop and enhance Wi-Fi features based on IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).
• Collaborate with product management, QA, and support teams for successful product releases.

Required Skills

• WLAN: Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7, WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, Roaming (802.11r/k/v), Mesh, QoS, MU-MIMO, OFDMA.
• Networking: TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6, Routing & Switching.
• Development: C, C++, Linux, Embedded Systems, Multithreading.
• Debugging: Wireshark, Protocol Analysis, Performance Tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
