This is a full-time, on-site Windows/IT Administrator role based in Noida. The Windows/IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows servers, desktops, and related infrastructure, including installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring. The role involves providing technical support for end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place. The administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments, manage user accounts and permissions, and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations. The role also includes monitoring network and system health, implementing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT operations.
