Vasudha Business Solutions in Chandigarh, India seeks a Senior Inside Sales Manager for a reputed MNC company located in Mohali. You will lead and mentor the Inside Sales team and shape lead generation and conversion strategies.

You will monitor performance, set targets, manage CRM pipeline, coordinate with Marketing and BD teams, and provide regular performance reports to management. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong leadership and sales acumen.
