Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks a senior WFM/IT delivery specialist to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation on the Workforce Management platform. You will gather requirements, estimate efforts, and drive go-live support with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include architecture design, risk and security compliance, and hands-on development in .NET, XML, and web services, plus mentoring delivery teams in agile, DevOps, and international projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workforce Management tools, specifically the IFS suite (FSM & PSO), including administration, business rules configuration, and customer adaptations.
• Strong development expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#), XML, XSL, Web Services, and IIS.
• Experience with SDLC and technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/.NET code reviews.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible for CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of telecom operations frameworks such as eTOM and ITIL.
• Excellent problem-solving, consultative, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in agile, matrixed, and international environments
• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery on the WFM platform — from requirement gathering through to testing, release, and go-live support.
• Act as Technical Lead for business requirement implementation, including preparation of solution descriptions, estimation, and gap analysis.
• Serve as the key interface between customers, pre-sales leads, release managers, scrum masters, and delivery managers.
• Facilitate security standards and drive risk management procedures within the program.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation for implementers, customers, operations, and support teams.
• Provide on-site customer support during testing and go-live phases to ensure successful deployment.
• Contribute to capacity planning, performance enhancement, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
• Deliver technical training to both customer technical staff and internal teams
