Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking a WFM IFS SME with 8–12 years of experience to lead end-to-end workforce management solutions using IFS FSM and PSO. The role requires strong .NET (C#) and web technologies expertise, with ITIL and Agile experience.

The candidate will drive design, development, testing, and deployment, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and go-live support across a matrixed, international environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IFS FSM/PSO within WFM environments.
• Strong development expertise in .NET (C#) and XML/XSL.
• Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript; Oracle DB knowledge.
• Experience with SDLC and technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible).
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures and ITIL/eTOM frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WFM solution design and delivery on the IFS platform from requirements to go-live.
• Act as Technical Lead for BR implementation, including estimation and gap analysis.
• Interface with customers, pre-sales, release managers, scrum masters, and delivery managers.
• Drive security standards and risk management within the program.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation for implementers and support teams.
• Provide on-site customer support during testing and go-live phases.

Job Description :

• Hands-on experience with Workforce Management tools, specifically the IFS suite (FSM & PSO), including administration, business rules configuration, and customer adaptations.
• Strong development expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#), XML, XSL, Web Services, and IIS.
• Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with SDLC and technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/.NET code reviews.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible for CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of telecom operations frameworks such as eTOM and ITIL.
• Excellent problem-solving, consultative, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in agile, matrixed, and international environments
• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery on the WFM platform from requirement gathering through to testing, release, and go-live support.
• Act as Technical Lead for business requirement implementation, including preparation of solution descriptions, estimation, and gap analysis.
• Serve as the key interface between customers, pre-sales leads, release managers, scrum masters, and delivery managers.
• Facilitate security standards and drive risk management procedures within the program.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation for implementers, customers, operations, and support teams.
• Provide on-site customer support during testing and go-live phases to ensure successful deployment.
• Contribute to capacity planning, performance enhancement, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
