Job summary

HBL ENGINEERING LIMITED is seeking a Welfare Officer to manage plant HR operations and workforce administration. You will ensure labour law compliance, handle employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary processes, and maintain compliance documentation.

The role requires strong understanding of labour laws, experience in plant HR operations, and effective communication to support manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Ratified Welfare Officer with strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Prior experience in plant HR operations/manufacturing setup preferred.
• Good communication and employee handling skills.
