Meragi is a dynamic startup in India's wedding services space seeking a results-driven sales professional in Bengaluru. You will design and implement strategies to attract clients, present tailored wedding packages, and build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the planning process.

Role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in CRM software.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the wedding/event industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.
• Flexibility to work timings and holidays as required.

• Share industry knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the team's performance and professional growth.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as needed.
