Job summary

Meragi in Goa is seeking a results-driven sales professional to attract and convert clients for wedding services. You will develop strategies, present tailored packages, and build lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. CRM proficiency and flexibility with timings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in wedding/event industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM software and MS Office proficiency.
• Flexible to work timings and holidays as required.

Responsibilities
