Job summary

Meragi, a fast-growing wedding services startup in Bengaluru, seeks a Sales and Business Development lead. You will design and execute sales strategies to attract clients, conduct presentations, and tailor wedding packages.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive high-performance teams, recruit and mentor new members, and collaborate across functions. The role requires 2–4 years in sales, excellent communication, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in wedding/event industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work timings and holidays as required.
