Meragi is a fast-growing startup transforming India's wedding industry. We’re seeking driven individuals to lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and collaborate with design teams to deliver dream weddings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–4 years of sales experience (wedding/event or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in speaking Telugu.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales performance for your team and consistently achieve targets.
• Identify and convert new prospects through multiple channels.
• Build strong client relationships from consultation to event delivery.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to align on concepts and fulfilment quality.
• Provide clients with thoughtful recommendations based on their design preferences and trends.
• Support and guide team members to improve sales performance and collaboration.
