Job summary

Simplilearn Bengaluru is seeking an Assistant Manager to own end-to-end webinar execution—from selecting topics and building decks to live hosting and post-session follow-up.

You will coordinate with speakers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to plan, run, and report on every webinar, staying highly organized and proactive in a lean team environment.

The Role

We're looking for a goal-oriented, proactive Assistant Manager to own end-to-end webinar execution at Simplilearn, from topic and deck to live hosting and post-session follow-up. This is a demanding role that calls for attention to detail, quick problem-solving, and strong ownership.

You'll work closely with speakers, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders to plan, run, and report on every webinar. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and ready to take on additional responsibilities based on workload.

What You'll Do

Webinar Content & Planning

• Plan webinar topics in line with business requirements, audience demand, trending skills, and Simplilearn's program portfolio
• Develop the content of each webinar in collaboration with speakers and internal teams
• Design engaging and informative webinar slide decks
• Upload landing page content and publish it after quality checks

Webinar Operations

• Manage webinar timelines end to end, from announcement to post-session follow-up
• Maintain the webinar calendar, including dates, Zoom IDs, and landing page links
• Coordinate with stakeholders on pre-webinar promotions to drive top of the funnel
• Coordinate with stakeholders on post-webinar conversion activities

Webinar Hosting

• Host webinars as and when required, introducing speakers, guiding the session flow, moderating live Q&A, and keeping the audience engaged throughout
• Align with speakers before going live on dry runs, webinar flow, and audience takeaways

Speaker Onboarding & Outreach

• Identify and onboard industry experts for webinars through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Coordinate with potential speakers, communicate requirements, and finalize engagements
• Coordinate with speakers for content planning, suggestions, and improvements

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate performance reports to measure webinar effectiveness

Process Optimization & Ownership

• Identify areas for improvement in webinar operations and implement solutionsEnsure all operational workflows run smoothly and efficiently
