Job summary

Max Healthcare is seeking a product owner to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Max Healthcare websites, focusing on high-traffic performance and online lead generation. You will collaborate with UX/UI, development teams, and external agencies to optimize user journeys, funnel improvements, and timely releases while monitoring KPIs.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation, regular content and feature updates, and continuous improvements in conversions and user

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing high-traffic websites.
• Experience optimizing user funnels, landing pages, and driving online lead generation.
• Deep understanding of web performance, user journeys, and conversions.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, issue resolution, bug tracking, and QA.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uninterrupted website performance.
• Coordinate regular website maintenance, issue resolution, bug tracking, and quality assurance.
• Ensure timely implementation of content, functional, and technical updates.
• Work closely with development teams to build, test, and launch new website features.
• Ensure releases are delivered on time with minimal business disruption.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to improve user journeys and conversion rates
• Monitor website KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience of managing external development and design agencies.
• Handles the entire workflow: Internal Requirement Gathering UI/UX Layout Layout Design Agency Timelines & Development Testing/UAT Launch.
