Job summary

Infocus Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of enterprise healthcare platforms. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, ROI, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

You will drive product management initiatives across cross-functional and cross-geography teams, leveraging domain expertise in Claims, Members, Payers, Providers, Benefits, Policy Administration, and Clinical Automation.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs.
• Total experience of 10-12 years with 2 years of Project Management experience.
• End-to-end project implementations for enterprise customers.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Basic to Intermediate level understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, JSON/SQL/NoSQL.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of enterprise Healthcare platforms in a fast-paced global environment.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, business cases, ROI, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive Product Management initiatives across cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
• Utilize healthcare domain expertise across Claims, Members, Payers, Providers, Benefits, Policy Administration, and Clinical Automation.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Conduct business process modeling, use case development, and process flow analysis.
• Work closely with Technical Analysts and Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Act as a Proxy Product Owner by creating, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs while defining sprint goals with delivery teams.
• Assess change requests and recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership, customer IT Heads, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technical functionality testing team.
• Working as a proxy Product Owner to create Product Backlog, review and ensure the backlog is up to date and risks and concerns are prioritized.
• Backlog creation and maintenance.
• Defining the Acceptance Criteria for all User Stories Working with the Tower Heads to define the high-level scope goals for each Sprint.
• Documentation of business processes and manuals Requirements Worked on tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha , Jira Align

• Mentorproductand business analysis teams while promoting Agile best practices.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Jira Align forproductplanning and execution.
• Apply knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and NoSQL technologies to supportproductdecisions.
