Formación

• Experience: 1–5 years in sales, relationship management or BFSI domains.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Preferred background: Insurance, Banking, BFSI Sales.

Responsabilidades

• Drive life insurance business through City Union Bank and DBS Bank (LVB) branches.
• Build relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into insurance business.
• Achieve business, productivity, and revenue targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide life insurance solutions.
• Support policy issuance, documentation, and after-sales service.
• Train bank employees to increase insurance penetration.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance adherence.
