Job summary

Tata AIA Life Insurance is hiring a Sales / Relationship Manager (Direct Channel) in Visakhapatnam to build a robust direct sales pipeline. You will generate leads, assess customer needs, and present Tata AIA products to secure policies.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, field sales comfort, and BFSI or life insurance exposure. Freshers may apply with a sales background and enthusiasm for frontline client engagement.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers welcome; relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Field sales experience and willingness for customer meetings.
• Experience in BFSI, Life Insurance, Banking, BDE, Telesales or Direct Sales is a plus.
