Job summary

IonIdea Inc. seeks an experienced professional to process e-commerce orders and support U.S. customers. You will verify orders, resolve issues, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Fulfillment teams. Excellent English and Excel skills are essential.

The role operates on a shift from Bengaluru with office-based benefits such as free meals and insurance options. This position is suitable for those who can work 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, E-commerce, or related roles supporting U.S. customers.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy and timely release.
• Verify customer, payment, shipping, and order details.
• Resolve order discrepancies, payment issues, and exceptions.
• Monitor pending orders, backorders, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with U.S. customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Support inbound sales calls and website inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Fulfillment teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
