Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Manage orders, including processing, cancellations, returns, and updates.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and stock records.
• Manage SKUs, product details, pricing, availability and other listing information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for order fulfilment.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and order-related issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Maintain and update records in relevant e-commerce/order management systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to orders, inventory and product listings.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Communicate with USA & Canada-based teams regarding orders, inventory and operational requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive with experience in product listing, order management, inventory handling, and e-commerce operations for the USA and Canada markets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, processing orders, managing inventory and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during USA & Canada night-shift hours.
• Experience supporting USA/Canada e-commerce operations will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates with experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Management, Inventory Management, Marketplace Operations, Retail Operations or Back-office Operations will be preferred.
