Job summary

Prem Motors in India is seeking a Warranty Manager to oversee end-to-end warranty claim processing, validation, approval and settlement across our service network.

You will ensure timely warranty reimbursements to dealers and service partners while actively identifying abnormal claims, potential fraud, and policy deviations to protect the business. The role collaborates with service managers, financing teams and regional offices to ensure compliant processes and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• UG graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in warranty management is a plus.
• Auto dealer network exposure preferred.
