Job summary

Euler Motors seeks an experienced warranty operations professional to define and manage warranty policies, oversee end-to-end claim processing, and ensure timely reimbursements to dealers and service partners.

The role requires monitoring KPIs, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing for root cause analysis, and driving cost control and process improvements across warranty operations.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and manage warranty policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Oversee end-to-end warranty claim processing, validation, approval, and settlement.
• Ensure timely and accurate warranty reimbursement to dealers and service partners.
• Monitor warranty KPIs such as claim rate, cost per vehicle, repeat repairs, and turnaround time.
• Control warranty expenditure and analyse cost drivers.
• Identify abnormal claims, fraud, misuse, and policy deviations.
• Support warranty budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
• Train dealers and service teams on warranty policies and claim submission standards.
• Conduct dealer audits to ensure compliance with warranty processes.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-value warranty cases.
• Analyse warranty data to identify systemic product issues and failure trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support field actions, service campaigns, recalls, and goodwill policies.
• Ensure fair and customer-centric warranty decisions.
• Support resolution of critical customer complaints related to warranty coverage.
• Balance customer satisfaction with policy compliance and cost control.
• Prepare regular MIS reports for senior management.
• Drive digitalization and process improvement initiatives in warranty operations.
