Job summary

UAV Marketplace in Jambe, Pune, is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to manage stock reception, update records, and perform audits. You’ll handle packing, shipping, and packaging, ensuring accuracy and timely workflows within a busy warehouse.

This full-time role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaborative operations across teams. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, basic Excel or inventory software skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduation required.
• 1–2 years warehouse or logistics experience.
• Basic knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
• Basic understanding of courier/shipping processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Maintain logs including GRN, stock transfers, and inward/outward registers.
• Update system or Excel sheets with stock movement details.
• Ensure all records are neat, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Pick and pack orders based on order sheets.
• Prepare parcels for shipping and coordinate with courier partners.
• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and documentation as required.
• Track dispatched shipments and update the system.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
