The Organic World in Bangalore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch activities. You will ensure accurate stock movement, product quality, and compliance with storage standards across Grocery, FMCG, and Fresh Produce categories.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, familiarity with WMS/SAP, and strong leadership to manage shifts and drive efficiency in a fast-paced retail supply chain environment.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Grocery Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Fresh Produce Management.
• Experience in handling perishable inventory is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory for Grocery, Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, dairy, staples, and other retail categories.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for perishable products.
• Monitor stock accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, category, logistics, and store teams for timely replenishment.
• Track inward and outward shipments and ensure OTIF deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Handle warehouse staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity monitoring.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for fresh and perishable products.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Drive process improvements to reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role

The Organic World is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, fresh produce handling, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in grocery, FMCG, F&V, or retail warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock movement while maintaining inventory accuracy and product quality.
