Job summary

Monster Energy APAC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Pune to lead a fast-moving team and keep products flowing from receiving to shipping. You will oversee inventory, order fulfillment, loading/unloading, and ensure safety and efficiency on every shift.

The role requires 3–5 years in a warehouse supervisory position, knowledge of WMS, OHSAS, and 5S, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. You will design methods, train staff, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Assist with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Review shipping or receiving orders and requests for movement of materials and products. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audits to verify results.
• Develop work schedules and assigns work to subordinates. Supervise staff, manage workload and provide effective guidance and direction. May train, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
• Review work processes, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product or service, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
• Provide leadership support by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.
• Communicate with other shift supervisor and warehouse manager regarding the progress of the shift and any outstanding issues.
• Keeps accurate records, and prepares and submits required paperwork.

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, or related field of study.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse supervisor role.
• Experience inlogistics operations would be an added advantage.
• Candidates with knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), OHSAS, and 5S would be preferred.
