Job Purpose: Supervisor, Warehouse supports the manager with daily management and administrative functions. The position is accountable for fulfilling the team’s operational tasks and ensuring that the team meets daily operational objectives. The supervisor also acts as a manager during the manager's absence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure products are safely received and stored; billing and pick lists are completed accurately; orders are delivered timely and correctly; internal controls are maintained by checking self-collection & delivery records.
2. Liaise with internal departments and third-party vendors to resolve issues related to inbound/outbound stocks, inventory, sales orders, billing, delivery, and claims.
3. Implement warehouse processes efficiently, including space planning, product movement, storage, inventory management, and transportation routes.
4. Provide system support to warehouse users to ensure smooth receiving and billing processes.
5. Assist in order creation, amendments, and inventory type changes.
6. Train new team members and lead a warehouse sub-team for specific assignments.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working in a distribution center environment, with exposure to various conditions.
• SAP knowledge is mandatory.
