Epical Ventures is seeking an on-site operations professional to manage daily warehouse and packing activities. You will ensure shipments leave on time and accurately while maintaining high packing quality. A hands-on approach is required to pack shipments when necessary.

You will recruit and train packing staff, supervise performance, and contribute to scalable operations as the company expands in US and India. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment.
