Job summary

QHT Clinic is seeking a Packaging Executive in Gurgaon to manage accurate packing, processing and dispatch of e-commerce orders. You will ensure orders are correctly picked, quality-checked and securely packed before handover for dispatch within defined TAT.

Responsibilities include picking, labeling, documentation, courier coordination and inventory upkeep. Candidates with e-commerce packaging or warehouse experience will be preferred and must follow SOPs with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce packaging or warehouse operations is advantageous.
• Prior logistics/order fulfilment exposure is helpful.
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process daily e-commerce orders and prepare for dispatch.
• Accurately pick products as per order/invoice.
• Verify SKU, product name, quantity, batch and expiry where applicable.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure items are not damaged or mismatched.
• Pack products securely according to packaging standards.
• Print and apply invoices, shipping labels and barcodes.
• Prepare orders for daily courier pickup and ensure timely handover.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups and shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of packed and dispatched orders.
• Assist in handling returns, RTOs, replacements and damaged shipments.
• Maintain stock of packaging materials and inform team of low stock.
• Support regular inventory counting and identify stock discrepancies.

About The Role

We are looking for a Packaging Executive who will be responsible for the accurate and timely packing, processing, and dispatch of e-commerce orders. The candidate will ensure that every order is correctly picked, quality-checked, securely packed, labelled, and handed over for dispatch within the defined TAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily e-commerce orders received through the website and other sales channels.
• Pick products accurately as per the order/invoice.
• Verify SKU, product name, quantity, batch and expiry wherever applicable before packing.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products are not damaged, defective, or mismatched.
• Pack products securely as per company packaging standards.
• Ensure proper use of boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, pouches and other packaging materials.
• Print and apply invoices, shipping labels, barcodes and other required documents.
• Prepare orders for daily courier pickup and ensure timely handover.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners regarding pickups and shipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of packed and dispatched orders.
• Assist in handling returns, RTOs, replacements and damaged shipments.
• Maintain proper stock of packaging materials and inform the concerned team about low-stock items.
• Support regular inventory counting and identify stock discrepancies.
• Keep the packaging/warehouse area clean, organised and safe.
• Follow all SOPs related to packaging, inventory, quality and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Dispatch TAT: 100% orders dispatched within defined TAT

Required Skills

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce/warehouse environment.

• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in e-commerce packaging, warehouse operations, order fulfilment or logistics will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Shiprocket or other e-commerce/courier platforms will be preferred.
