Job summary

Flipkart is seeking an Operations Executive to drive fulfillment operations at our Karnataka-based warehouses. You will oversee inbound and outbound flows, maintain WOM and inventory accuracy, and lead a team including executives and on/off-roll staff to meet KPIs.

The role requires 2 years in SCM/E-commerce/Operations, with hands-on experience in warehouse processes and process improvements. Based at Neelamangala, it offers growth within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 2 years of experience in SCM, E-commerce, or Operations.
• Exposure to team handling and warehouse operations.

About the Role

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for driving fulfillment operations, ensuring smooth warehouse processes, and supporting cross-functional activities to meet operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Process daily inbound & outbound orders.
• Ensure Warehouse Order Management (WOM) & Inventory Management.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations from inbound to returns.
• Maintain quality standards across all processes.
• Manage Executives, Offroll staff, DEOs, MHs, and large task force.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile them with data storage systems.
• Manage Prexo and physical counts accurately.
• Define and enforce safety & quality guidelines with zero accident/incident tolerance.
• Oversee people operations (on-roll & off-roll employees).
• Plan manpower & rosters for smooth operations.
• Create IRNs and perform sanity checks.
• Coordinate with BD/vendor teams for onboarding & offboarding in internal systems.
• Handle escalations, invoice activities, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (preferred).
• 02 years of experience in SCM, E-commerce, or Operations.
• Exposure to team handling and warehouse operations.
