Job summary

Samyojak Consultancy Services in Goa seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to support GMP-compliant storage and distribution. You will manage inventory, coordinate material movement, use ERP systems, and ensure regulatory compliance; inventory accuracy and KPI reporting will be central to daily tasks.

3–5 years in warehouse operations within manufacturing is preferred. Company-provided transportation and canteen facilities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations: receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure GDP-compliant storage and handling of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or excess.
• Use ERP systems to record and track warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely movement and delivery.
• Conduct periodic stock verifications and address discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse safety, health, and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with QA and other departments to maintain product quality during storage and distribution.

A leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Officer to support its warehouse operations in Goa. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock control, coordinating material movement, maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and supporting efficient storage and distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination within a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.


• Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and applicable regulatory requirements.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.


• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.


• Utilize ERP systems and inventory management tools to record and track warehouse transactions.


• Coordinate with logistics and transportation partners to ensure timely movement and delivery of materials and products.


• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
