Job summary

Zippee.delivery is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for our FC/Warehouse in Sonipat, Haryana. The role requires hands-on leadership in a high‑pressure startup environment and is based in NCR/Gurgaon.

You will design warehouse layouts, define SOPs, and drive efficiency across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Prior FMCG and B2B/B2C experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards; proven ability to independently manage teams and stakeholders.
• SAP knowledge and hands-on experience in WH management.
• 6–10 years in WH Management or supply chain with process design, SLA adherence, and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
• Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
• Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and manpower to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
• Lead end-to-end setup and expansion of new warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination to go-live.
• Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
