Job summary

Talent Socio is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage end-to-end warehousing activities in Mumbai Suburban. The role involves inventory control, dispatch, GRN reconciliation, and ERP/WMS usage to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

The ideal candidate will have UG qualifications in operations/logistics and an MBA/PGDM in Marketing or SCM, with hands-on experience in vendor coordination and SOP implementation. A strong emphasis on accuracy and team leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• UG qualifications in Operations / Logistics related fields.
• PG qualifications in Marketing or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and processes.
• Monitor and control inventory and stock.
• Manage inward/outward and dispatch activities.
• Perform GRN and stock reconciliation.
• Utilize warehouse space efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and transporters.
• Manage manpower requirements and scheduling.
• Implement SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Operate ERP/WMS systems and related modules.
• Generate MIS reports and inventory analytics.
