Job summary

Aramya is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead its fast-moving warehouse operations in Mumbai. You will oversee inbound, storage, dispatch, and QC processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely deliveries in a growing D2C setup.

The role demands hands-on, process-driven leadership with the ability to scale operations across multiple stores and a retail footprint. Bring 2–5 years in warehouse management, strong analytical skills, and team leadership to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG/Retail/E-commerce/Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, WMS/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Increff, WMS).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team under high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inbound, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Implement stringent QC processes, ensuring timely escalations.
• Ensure efficient space utilization and proper organization of goods.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and ensure policy compliance.
• Implement operational policies and procedures for warehousing activities.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and provide timely reports.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
