Job summary

Aramya invites a hands-on leader to own end-to-end physical operations—from warehouse inbound to orders reaching customers and store shelves. You will run warehousing and fulfillment as a connected system, lead the team, own the numbers, and ensure system-ground alignment as we scale.

You will manage a three-warehouse operation, drive QC, optimize space, and oversee D2C order fulfillment end-to-end with strong focus on accuracy, velocity and cost control during peak sale periods.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in warehouse/fulfillment operations, incl. 2+ years leading a floor team.
• Strong grasp of warehousing, inventory management, last-mile and reverse logistics.
• Hands-on with WMS/ERP tools and advanced Excel/Sheets (pivots, VLOOKUP).
• Notices when numbers do not add up and follows through to accuracy.
• Able to lead under pressure across locations and peak sale periods.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day warehouse operations via a strong reporting team across all 3 warehouses: inbound, GRN, storage, dispatch and inventory control.
• Implement stringent inbound and outbound QC, with timely escalations to vendors.
• Drive space utilisation, bin discipline, barcoding and scanning processes.
• Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and system reconciliations.
• Enforce safety, compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Own D2C order fulfilment end to end: processing, pick, pack and courier handover within SLA.
• Plan and execute warehouse-to-store and intra-store movements; enforce delivery and inwarding TATs.
• Manage returns and reverse logistics: return orders, RTO, QC and restocking.
• Manage courier and 3PL partners on performance, cost and escalations.
• Resolve store-level inventory mismatches and pricing corrections for billing accuracy.
• Recruit, train and lead the warehouse and fulfilment team; plan shifts and track productivity.
• Define SOPs, plan capacity and manpower for sale events and new store launches.
• Work with vendors, merchandising, retail and CX teams; support new city and warehouse setups.

About the opportunity

A hands‑on leadership role owning Aramya’s end-to-end physical operations, from stock arriving at the warehouse to orders reaching customers and store shelves. You will run warehousing and fulfillment as one connected system, lead the team, own the numbers, and make sure what is in the system matches what is on the ground as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Warehousing

• Run day-to-day warehouse operations via a strong reporting team across all 3 warehouses: inbound, GRN, storage, dispatch and inventory control.

• Implement stringent inbound and outbound QC, with timely escalations to vendors.

• Drive space utilisation, bin discipline, barcoding and scanning processes.

• Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and system reconciliations.

How Success Is Measured

Inventory accuracy, GRN and QC TAT, order-to-dispatch TAT and SLA adherence, warehouse-to-store TAT, return processing TAT, cost per order and space utilisation.

Key skills & qualifications

• 6+ years in warehouse, fulfilment or supply chain operations (fashion, retail, D2C, e-commerce or FMCG preferred), including 2+ years leading a floor team.

• Strong grasp of warehousing, inventory management, last-mile and reverse logistics.

• Hands‑on with WMS/ERP tools (SAP, Increff, Unicommerce) and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations)

• Notices when numbers do not add up and follows through until they do.

• Able to lead under pressure across locations and peak sale periods.
