The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse management within chemical/manufacturing environments, strong coordination with procurement and production, and a track record of optimizing inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or logistics.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in chemical/manufacturing sectors.
• Strong SAP MM/WM/EWM and WMS experience.
• Understanding of BOM and shelf-life tracking (FIFO/FEFO).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale material handling.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound logistics.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and bulk material handling.
• Monitor BOM alignment with production schedules.
• Manage shelf-life tracking (FIFO/FEFO) for chemical materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Drive inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Enhance warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Management Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to SAP systems, chemical industry practices (including shelf-life management), and experience in handling large-scale industrial materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound logistics
• Ensure efficient handling of large-scale materials and high-volume inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP (MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Monitor and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for production alignment
• Handle materials with shelf-life considerations, ensuring proper tracking (FIFO/FEFO)
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
• Implement best practices for inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, especially for chemical materials
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for improved efficiency and reduced turnaround time
• Manage dispatch planning and timely delivery of materials to production lines

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in chemical / manufacturing / wind energy industry
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP (MM/WM/EWM) and WMS tools
• Good understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and production support processes
• Experience in handling chemical materials with shelf-life tracking (FIFO/FEFO)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale material handling and bulk inventory
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in wind energy manufacturing / wind blade factories
• Exposure to heavy engineering or large industrial setups
• Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in chemical/material handling
